Hi friends, Here’s to a new year, to some things staying the same, and to some things changing. After nearly 6 years of my little pandemic blog, I think it’s about time it comes to an end. I’ve loved blogging about the humor in little every day moments. I’ve loved telling silly stories that I hope other people related to. I’ve loved writing. But it’s time for something new, something different, something that’s more creatively inspiring to me right now! So, here’s to the end

How has it been five years? Five years since I started this blog on a whim simply because I woke up one day and decided I should.

Right now, I’m living by the mantra that joy is resistance. We can’t disconnect, but we also can’t forget to find moments of beauty and joy.

2024 is out and 2025 is so in. See what we're leaving in the past and what we're ushering forward.

The way my life works is that I can only sign up for a free trial if I’m willing to commit to paying for that thing for…indefinitely.

Bye bye, 20s; hello, being closer to a socially acceptable age to dream about weekends full of making jam and pickling onions.

I also love that thrifting really lets you define your style. Eclectic? They’ve got it. Antique? They’ve got it. Target dollar-section chic?

So…this blog is about six times I didn’t fit. Starting with that construction site driving debacle.

Overreacting…that’s my middle name!

You know what gives me joy? Getting rid of things. Seeing an empty corner that was previously filled with things.
